We have found
throughout the years that all chins seem to find that one spot in
the cage they like to hang out the most. Sometimes it's up high,
sometimes it's down low, and sometimes it's just in the middle. So,
to try pleasing the pickiest of chins, we offer several different
styles of cage dwellings for you to choose from.
All of our products are made "pet safe" by only using materials that
are safe for your pets. Non-toxic wood glue and ¾" untreated
kiln-dried (KD) pine are our materials of choice. This means that
you needn't worry about their natural instinct to chew away at it.

All dwellings come standard with 4" door openings, 1" edging, and
one 1-5/8" window, unless noted. You also have the option of adding
a 4" roof-hole, a 4" window, or an additional 1-5/8" window,
depending upon the dwelling chosen for a small-added fee. The 4"
window openings are recommended only on our larger deluxe dwellings.
** Most of the hardware we use are screws & washers unless otherwise
noted.
** Please note side doors on houses can be made in reverse from what
is pictured (Left or Right).

The above photos are what we call the Chin Den. It measures the same as a Chin Cottage (8" x 11" x 8"). The Chin Den comes standard, with one 4" arched door opening (either left or right side door), and one large 4" x 5" window opening. Additional 4" roof-hole and cage hardware can be added for a small fee. Right photo shows Chin Den with added roof-hole.

The above photos are of our Deluxe Chin Cottage. It is sized for those larger chins or a pair. The Deluxe Cottage measures approximately 8" x 14" x 8". It comes standard with two 4" arched doorways, and one 1-5/8" window. TUNNEL HOUSE
Tunnel Home shown with added roof-hole
The tunnel house is exactly as it sounds; a combination of a tunnel, with a house. It's main features are two 4" arched doorways at either end, which allows your pet to run through it during playtime. It also offers the privacy to curl up in and take a nap. The full floor allows this house to be hung from the side of cage, placed on a shelf, or just sat on the floor -- whatever your chin may prefer. The approximate size of this home is 8" x 11" x 9". It will come pre-drilled, along with four hanger bolts, washers and wing nuts that you will have to install if you chose to hang the house.

The Daybed House is our Basic Chin Cottage, with a Daybed on top. It measures approximately 8" x 11" x 10". This house comes standard with two 4" arched doorways, one 1-5/8" window and your choice of headboard (Majestic shown, Royal, or Traditional). Also included is one chilla pilla in your choice of fabric *(see fabric page). House can also be made in reverse, just specify (Left Side Door).

TILE HOUSE
Here is our Tile House. The main feature is a removable 8" x 10" ceramic tile sitting on top that gives your chin a cool place to lay on those warm summer days. And, because the tile is removable, it makes cleaning a breeze. This house measures approximately 8.5" x 11" x 8". Standard features include, two 4" arched doorways, one 1-5/8" window, plus ceramic tile

The Summit Retreat is our basic Chin Cottage which comes with it's own shelf. The shelf is approximately 11" x 19" with 1.5" edging that the house sits between.
