Simply Chintastic is pleased to announce we have reopened our doors for business.

Due to the large demand we experienced last year, we had to make some minor changes as to when we will accept orders and when we work on building those orders. Since our business is a part-time operation, as well as seasonal, we will only be taking orders from January through May. After that, we will be closed from June through November to work on building your orders.

Please note that even though we will not be accepting new orders from June through November, feel free to contact us anytime during those months to check for availability of our items. While we are quickly working to fill all of our orders, we are also building extra items for stock and may have what you are looking for.

You will also notice that we have decided to discontinue a few of our products due to reasons either of high shipping costs or low demand for certain items. 

We have also set a quota of how many items we can build during our building season. If you see an item marked Sorry! Temporarily Not Available, it means we have reached our quota for that year. As we get caught up on those items we will remove the Sorry! Temporarily Not Available and then look to build more.

Placing an order with us is as easy as 1-2-3.

1.  Go to our "Email Us" page and simply tell us what you want to order. Put in
      a subject line, "Order", "Chin Order", "Pet Order", etc.

2.  We will respond to you with a confirmation message at which time there are
      questions we will ask to insure your order is 100% correct.

3.  Once we receive your confirmation message back, we will place the order into our
      active file and let you know that we have the order placed for you.

Note: Between the months of November through March, due to weather, we are unable to work on our products on a daily basis. Another issue to factor in is the availably of the lumber we find suitable for building our products. With these two things in mind, please know that all orders maybe delayed during this time. We apologize for these issues even though they are beyond our control. We ask for your patience; you will not be disappointed.
